What are the specifications of the check paper?

Are these checks printed on a copy machine?

NO! These checks are manufactured on 24 lb. Bond.  There are also security features on the checks that are there, in part, so they can’t be duplicated successfully on a copy machine.

How quickly will my purchase ship?

We ship orders Monday – Friday consistently assuming the USPS is open. We SOMETIMES ship on Saturday as well. We sometimes ship the same day depending on what time of day your order comes in and when the mail is picked up. Whether you choose to have it shipped First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Express, processing time at our side is the same.

What do you do with my credit card or banking information?

Nothing… Well, aside from sending it through in real time through the payment processor you choose. We do not actually see your credit card or bank account information when you make an online payment. Please do not send credit card / banking information through email or live chat.

If I purchase a Gift Certificate, how quickly is it activated?

Because our Gift Certificates are digital, as soon as we process your order, you will receive an email with a code that you will use on our website.  Gift Certificate orders are typically processed the same day.

How long is my Gift Certificate good for?

Gift Certificates purchased on our website do not expire.

Are there any fees associated with Gift Certificates?

Aside from the price of the certificate itself, based on the value you select, no. There are no surcharges or service fees. Sales tax (if applicable) is NOT charged on Gift Certificates.  There is no shipping charge as they are delivered electronically. They do not expire.

What if I don’t redeem the full value of my Gift Certificate?

Think of it as digital cash. If you have an unused balance on your Gift Certificate, it is digitally handed back as change and is ready for you to use on your next purchase.
